Our roof inspections are free and carry no obligation. You are not signing anything, and there is no sales appointment attached to the end of it. If your roof is fine, we will tell you it is fine and leave.
We do it this way because a roof is easier and cheaper to look after than to rescue, and because a report with photographs is worth having on file before you need it.

What we check
- Shingle condition, granule loss, cracking, curling, and seal-strip failure
- Hail bruising and wind damage, including the kind not visible from the ground
- Flashing at walls, chimneys, skylights, and dormers
- Pipe boots, vents, and every other penetration
- Valleys and ridge lines
- Soft or deflecting decking underfoot
- Gutters, downspouts, fascia, and soffit
- Attic ventilation, and where accessible the underside of the deck for staining or daylight
- Any earlier repair work and whether it was done properly

A written report with photographs of anything we find, a plain explanation of what it means, and a clear recommendation: no action needed, monitor it, repair it, or replace it. Where work is needed we separate what is urgent from what can reasonably wait, and we price it before anything starts.

When to have your roof inspected
- Once a year, and in Houston the sensible time is before hurricane season
- After any hail, high wind, or a named storm
- Before buying or selling a house, so the roof is not a late surprise in negotiation
- If you see a ceiling stain, a damp patch, or grit collecting in the gutters
- If your roof is approaching fifteen years old and you have never had it looked at
- Before a warranty or insurance deadline, since claim windows after a storm are limited
