Emergency response
We get out, make the roof safe, and put a proper tarp or temporary repair in place so the damage stops spreading while the permanent fix is arranged. Acting in the first day or two is usually the difference between replacing a few boards and replacing ceilings, insulation, and flooring.

Storm damage inspection
Most storm damage is invisible from the ground. Hail bruises the mat under the granules without breaking the surface, and wind breaks the seal strip between shingles so they lift in the next storm rather than this one. Either can turn into a leak months later, long after you have stopped connecting it to the storm.
We inspect the roof, the vents and flashing, the gutters, and the soft metals where hail leaves the clearest evidence. Everything is photographed and measured, and you get a written report whether or not there is anything worth claiming.
Insurance claims
Insurance is where most homeowners feel out of their depth, so we do the parts we can. We document the damage to the standard adjusters expect, we will meet your adjuster at the property, and we explain what is being covered and what is not in plain language.
Two honest cautions. We cannot tell you your claim will be approved, and any roofer who promises that is not being straight with you. And be careful with the crews that appear in your neighbourhood the week after a hailstorm, because most of them will not be in Houston when your warranty matters.
Replacement after a storm
If the roof needs replacing, a storm claim is a reasonable moment to bring it up to current standards rather than simply putting back what was there. That can mean better underlayment, corrected flashing details, improved ridge and soffit ventilation, and impact-resistant shingles that may lower your premium going forward.
