We fund Camp Hope with every job we sell

For every roof, window package, or gutter system sold, DC Pines donates $50 to the Grateful Americans Charity, supporting the PTSD Foundation of America and its Camp Hope campus in northwest Houston — a five-acre facility with 120 beds where combat veterans and their families live while they recover.

We gave just under $12,000 last year and are on track for just over $25,000 this year. Team members volunteer on the campus. When you sell here, that is part of what your work pays for.

Questions

Before you apply

Do I need roofing or sales experience?

No. Most of our team came from another industry entirely. What we can't teach is integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to genuinely connect with people. We'll teach you roofing and windows.

What do I actually get paid during training?

A $1,600/month base ($400/week) plus commission for the full 12 weeks, which averages around $1,400 per week combined. Training is paid from week one.

Do I have to find my own leads or cold call?

No. You meet with homeowners who have already requested an appointment. You never buy your own leads.

How fast can I move into a full sales role?

Within 90 days, or sooner based on performance. Advancement here is earned through results and initiative rather than tenure.

What's the schedule like?

Sales roles are full-time across the Greater Houston area and include some evenings and Saturdays, since that's when homeowners are available. Our in-office coordination role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some extended Fridays and alternating Saturdays.

What do I need to have?

A valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, authorization to work in the United States, and comfort driving throughout the Greater Houston area.

Is DC Pines a good fit for veterans?

Yes, and not just as a slogan. Our founder is a former Army Infantry Captain, we actively recruit from the military community, and we fund Camp Hope in Houston with every job we sell.

Where is the office?

2808 Caroline St, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77004. Sales roles work throughout the Greater Houston area; coordination roles are in-office.

If you're looking for another job, this probably isn't it.

If you want a career where your effort directly determines your income, your opportunities, and your future, we'd like to meet you.
