Materials and specification
We install architectural asphalt shingles, standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, tile, and impact-resistant systems that can lower your buyer’s insurance premium and are worth raising as a selling point. We will work to the architect’s specification, or help you choose where the specification leaves it open — and we will flag it early if a detail on the drawings is going to cause a problem once it is built.
How we work a project
- We review the plans, roof geometry, and specification, and price the work
- We slot into your programme and confirm the dry-in and finish dates
- We inspect the deck and framing before anything goes down, and raise anything that is not right
- We dry in, then install the finished system with correct flashing and ventilation
- We walk the roof with you, hand over warranty registration, and leave the site clean
Beyond the roof
We also fit seamless gutters and leaf guards, which is usually simpler to keep with the roofing package than to coordinate as a separate trade.
