These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by DC Pines LLC, doing business as DC Pines Roofing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). They are in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Program Description
When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include responses to a quote, estimate or service inquiry; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; and follow-up about your project.
Some of these messages are sent by an automated assistant operated on our behalf through Hatch. You can ask to speak with a person at any time and we will connect you with a member of our team.
If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotions, seasonal offers and service reminders. Marketing messages require their own separate opt-in and are never a condition of purchase.
Program Frequency
You can expect to receive approximately 5 to 10 messages per month from us. Messaging frequency varies based on your project needs, and may be higher while an active project or estimate is in progress.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number that messaged you. After you text STOP to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption
Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. We will never share your contact information for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the messaging and telephony providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
