Growth & Leadership
We build leaders from the inside.
Advancement here is earned through performance and initiative, never through waiting your turn. Here is the path and what it actually takes.
Where you start and where it goes
Nobody is thrown into the field to figure it out alone, and nobody is held back because they haven't been here long enough.
Weeks 1–12 · Paid training
A structured program covering inspections, homeowner conversations, our customer engagement process, proposals, financing, and CRM. You shadow senior reps on live appointments and get coached after each one. Paid from week one.
Within 90 days · Full sales role
You move onto 100% uncapped commission and carry your own appointments. Sooner than 90 days if your performance supports it.
Year one · Building your craft
Ongoing education, team shadowing, and mentorship continue long after training ends. This is where consistency separates people, and where a referral base starts to compound.
Year two and beyond · Leadership track
Consistent performers who lift the people around them get first access to leadership opportunities. We would rather promote someone who already lives our standards than hire a stranger to enforce them.

Skills that outlast any one job.
Roofing knowledge is the easiest thing we teach. The rest transfers anywhere you go for the rest of your career.
We invest heavily in developing our people because building leaders from within is how we grow. If you're coachable and you show up, the ceiling is yours to find.
Leadership isn't a title here.
Our founder, Jeff Ternois, commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army and served four years on active duty in Europe and Afghanistan, rising to Captain. He led roughly 40 soldiers as a Platoon Leader and managed more than $20 million in military assets.
He was then selected as Chief Human Resources Officer for a Stryker infantry squadron in Europe, responsible for personnel operations supporting nearly 800 soldiers — advising commanders and making sure every soldier was accounted for, supported, and valued.
Leadership isn't just about where you stand. It's about who you lift along the way.

Four things we hold ourselves to
We coach instead of criticize
Feedback is specific, immediate, and aimed at the next appointment rather than the last one.
Confidence comes from preparation
We don't ask anyone to wing it. If you're nervous about something, we drill it until you aren't.
High expectations are a form of respect
We're competitive and we hold a real bar, because lowering it would waste your time.
Wins get said out loud
Recognition is public and frequent. Contests, celebrations, and team events are part of the job.
