About Our History
High expectations. Real support. Wins said out loud.
We're a competitive, fast-moving team in Houston that would rather coach you than replace you. Here's what that actually looks like day to day.
Six things that are actually true here
Not values on a wall. These are the things you would notice in your first week.
We coach instead of criticize
When something goes wrong on an appointment, the conversation is about the next one. Nobody gets humiliated for missing.
Effort is visible
Compensation, recognition, and advancement all track to performance. What you put in shows up in what you take home.
The office is loud
Phones ringing, goals being celebrated, people pushing each other. If you want a silent cubicle, this isn't the place.
Nobody sits on an island
Team shadowing, live coaching, and mentorship from people who are genuinely invested in you doing well.
We celebrate on purpose
Monthly events, contests, and an annual all-inclusive Cancun trip for you and a guest.
Service is part of the job
We're veteran-owned, and we put money and hours into Houston's combat veteran community every single month.
Every job we sell funds a bed for a veteran.
For every roof, window package, or gutter system sold, DC Pines donates $50 to the Grateful Americans Charity, which supports the PTSD Foundation of America and its Camp Hope campus in northwest Houston.
Camp Hope started in 2012 as a single eight-bedroom home. Today it is a five-acre campus with five residential facilities and 120 beds, where combat veterans and their families live on site while they work through an intensive program.
- $50donated for every roof, window, or gutter job sold
- $12Kdonated last year
- $25Kon track to donate this year
Team members volunteer on the campus, and there's a donation box in our Houston office. Every homeowner who buys from us gets a certificate showing the donation made in their name.

Started for the homeowners everyone else turned down.
DC Pines Roofing was founded in 2021 to serve homeowners whose roofs were denied by insurance.
Most roofing companies chase storm work that insurance already agreed to cover. That leaves out a lot of families with a real problem and no claim to pay for it. We built the company around those homeowners, with financing options so that a denial isn't the end of the conversation.
That shapes how we hire. Our people have to be able to sit at a kitchen table, explain something honestly, and help someone make a decision that fits their budget — not just close whatever the insurance company already approved.
Our team came from everywhere
Almost nobody here started in roofing. What they had in common was communication, coachability, and a willingness to work.
