Roof replacement and installation
When a roof is genuinely past repairing, we replace it properly. We are a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster, a credential held by a small minority of roofing contractors, and it lets us offer extended manufacturer warranties that most companies cannot.
We also hand-nail every shingle rather than using nail guns. It is slower and it costs us more in labour, but hand-nailing gives consistent nail depth and far better holding power when the wind picks up. Gun-nailed roofs are where most wind-loss claims start.

Roof repair and leak repair
Most leaks are not the shingles. They are flashing, pipe boots, valleys, skylight curbs, or nail pops working their way loose. We find the actual source, photograph it, show you, and fix that one thing. If we can get you another three or four years out of the roof you already have, that is what we will recommend.
Hail and storm damage
After a storm we inspect the roof, document what we find with photographs and measurements, and walk you through what the insurance process looks like. Damage is often invisible from the ground, and hail bruising in particular is easy to miss until the leak starts months later.

Inspections and maintenance
An annual look at your roof is the cheapest thing you will ever do for it. Our roof inspections are free and carry no obligation, and we also handle gutters and leaf guards and soft washing for algae streaking.
