OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
We protect all plants and remove the old shingles and underlayment, exposing the decking underneath
We inspect the decking for any damage and replace any bad pieces
We install ice and water shield on vulnerable or heavy water flowing areas for extra protection
We install start strips on the edges of your roof to secure the parts of the roof vulnerable to high winds
We install every shingle by hand so ensure the nails are driven to the correct depth and location
We install new drip edge to ensure water sheds off the roof and not underneath your shingles
We upgrade your ventilation with a new ridge vent to ensure your new roof is breathing properly
