Our roof inspections are free and carry no obligation. You are not signing anything, and there is no sales appointment waiting at the end. A roof is easier and cheaper to look after than to rescue, and a report with photographs is worth having on file before you need it.

Our Method
Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is often several feet from where the water got in, which is why guessing from inside the house leads to repairs that do not work. We get on the roof, inspect the whole system rather than the one spot you pointed at, check the attic side where we can, and photograph what we find.
If more than one thing is failing, we will tell you which matters now and which can wait. We repair roofs we did not install, and if the honest answer is that a repair will hold, we will say so rather than quote you a replacement.
